2 Bedroom situated in 'Chalet mountain' style apartment: located in Baite del Colle, only 2 minutes from the ski slopes and golf course, this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is a fantastic option.

The above mentioned prices include electricity, hot water, gas, heating and final cleaning. NB. If the apartment is left dirty (ie. Dirty dishes, rubbish etc.) an extra charge of €80 will be enforced. A security deposit of €1000 is required for all rental apartments. Non Central Apartments are all located in Sestriere, and are normally a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts or the centre of Sestriere.

CHECK IN FOR APARTMENTS: Saturday from 4:00pm.to 6:00pm.
CHECK OUT FOR APARTMENTS: Before 10:00 am. on the day of departure.
N.B. PENALITY FOR CANCELLATION:
30 Days before arrival : 30% of the total price. 15 Days before arrival: 50% of the total price. 72 hours before arrival: 75% of the total price
Any less than 72 hours prior to arrival, No refunds will be given. If your holiday is interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, No refunds will be given. Prices may alter slightly due to fluctuating living costs and taxation.
